Virtual Training

Want to work with a boxing coach, but can't make it to the gym? We offer virtual one on one training, weekly coaching check-ins, or have a 6 week program available for you to start on your own. We also have coaches available to corner your next amateur fight.

BOXING GUIDE

For those who have some boxing knowledge and feel confident working on their own (or just don't know where to start) we've created a comprehensive 6 week boxing plan to take you to the next level. This plan comes 5 work outs a week, nutrition guidance, and requires little to no equipment.

COACHING CHECK-IN

Love the program, but need more accountability or direction? Book a virtual coaching check-in. During this 15 minute touch base, Coach Diaz can review work out routines, critique your form, or simply set you up for success for the next week. This is also a great option for amateur boxers or boxing coaches that are looking for mentorship. Available to purchase a la carte or under "Packages" as a pack of four.
