Memberships

Monthly memberships are paid in advance monthly, on the calendar date which the membership became activated, for the following month. Regular monthly dues apply thereafter. Memberships renew automatically on the same day each month, via automatic debited payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). 
In the event of a declined credit card/debit card, the member’s account will be immediately suspended, pending the member updating their payment information and their membership dues paid in full.

Memberships may be canceled at any time. Diaz Boxing Club requires written notice (via email) three business days before your renewal date to stop the next transaction. Membership fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 

If you purchase a private training package at the discounted member rate, you must remain a club member for the duration of your training package.

If you cancel your membership and then wish to renew, you will be subject to the monthly membership rate at that time. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Private Training Packages

All purchases are non-refundable unless documentation for medical emergency is provided. If you have unused sessions remaining and are unable to complete the sessions due to health, childbirth or extenuating circumstances you may be issued a partial refund for the unused sessions based on the approval of management.

Once you have purchased your PT package, you will have the same number of weeks as you do sessions in your package to complete your sessions. You will not be reimbursed for unused sessions so please take this into consideration when purchasing Personal Training packages and rescheduling appointments.

Scheduled private sessions must be cancelled 12 hours in advance to be returned to your account for future use. Any cancellations made outside the cancellation window will result in the loss of the training session credit.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website, purchasing a class, session, or membership, registering for a class, purchasing merchandise, and/or using or attending a class, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website or App, purchasing a session, registering for a session, purchasing merchandise, and/or using or attending a class.

Occasional changes maxy be made to this document to reflect changes in Diaz Boxing Club's policies. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website or App, by buying sessions, registering for classes, buying merchandise, and/or using and attending our studio, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. Community members are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.
